The vegetable and fruit offerings were also prepared very well and I did not see any wilting lettuce or dry mashed potatoes. The meats are cooked as per the doneness, the chicken is moist and tender yet cooked thoroughly and the pork was cooked to its right temperature as well. The overall quality of the food is excellent, the food is fresh, cooked properly and not too overly flavored, greasy or salty. The folks who run this buffet know what they're doing.
